Topic of debate
"This
House believes that the Commonwealth matters."
An
audience of some 200 school pupils, university
students and guests will be present in the Locarno
Room of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
The debating teams will reflect the best talents
of both UK and South African debaters, and the
resultant debate will be of the highest quality.
